Hello razer I have a hammerhead true wireless headset, its sound is extremely low, I use it in ipad pro 4, I tried everything, update etc, but it sounds very low, I can not play, including the game, I am waiting for your help.

    Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Does the issue happen while using different apps such as YouTube, Skype, or any video conferencing programs? Have you tried pressing and holding the home button and the on/off button at the same time until after the screen turns black, then wait for it to start up again? Ensure that no other apps are running aside from your game while testing it. Also, does the same behavior happen when pairing it to a different device?
