Help with repeating key on Synapse 3

Everytime I press the "2" key on the num pad multiple 2s appears (a finite amount of 2s). It's as if a turbo option is active. I notice this only happens when synapse 3 is active. Tried the followings: uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 3, creating new account, and continuing as guest, and checking macros on num 2 key. Need help resolving this issue. I have the huntsman elite keyboard but certain this is a software issue.

    Were you able to resolve it? I'm on the same boat but might be a bit worst. Most of the time when I copy and paste it will spam vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv Or if I alt tab from a game it will spam tab etc. Very frustrating......... I bought it through a local store here in our country and razer refused to help me because apparently the store I purchased it from is not an authorized seller despite being the biggest carrier of razer in the country (datablitz).
