Volume wheel not working when synapse 3 (only the 2 last version ) is running

Hello, the Last 2 updates of synapse 3 have go from worst to worsted for the Volume Wheel, the History of the bugs is the follow: before 2 updates sometimes volume stop to working totally and need reinstall the software because the most of the time restart the pc is not enough and of course after some time / days have again the same issue. (btw if you close the synapse program the volume is working perfect :P) Now for the last update of Synapse 3, Problem with the volume wheel still exist + now when you turn more down the volume or more up the wheel color is not change to white (more lighter white when you go up and more lower when you go down) but is remain normally on standard color you have on studio 😜 so for start to fix that issue is be more worst. PS: i have Razer Blackwidow Elite and the synapse 3, on 2 pc , the older pc have not update and have the 2 version back and working perfect. but my main pc have full update and of course is exist that issue everyone have. is exist any way to downgrade the synapse 3 to 2 updates back up to razer fix the issues?

I have Ornata v2 and this is just annoying and BUGGING me that whenever there's some update my volume wheel stops working with other functions. HATE it. T_T so annoyed. Edit: Restarted the app, that didn't fix it, but PC restart worked. Have had this issue come up before too, but then had to create new profile/reset buttons either one helped last time. Idk why this keeps happening to me.

Hey guys! Was everything covered? Has anyone submitted a case to our Support Team? Try isolating the behavior by repairing the Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, please your computer's Windows .NET Framework and see if it helps.

Whenever i start up my PC i can't change the volume. What works for me is clicking on the volume icon in the taskbar, changing the playback device and then changing it back again.

After restarting my system this morning, I was also having an issue with my volume knob not changing the volume. It would instead behave like the mouse wheel, scrolling windows. Turned out it was an old synapse profile that was causing the issue. Deleted the old profile and the issue has gone away.
