Problem with lightning on Blackwidow Elite after update

Hey guys, normally I only use a green light for my keyboard. The sound button for mute and for the noise had the following settings: - I pressed the mute button the light was red till i pressed it again or used the noise wheel - If I used the noise wheel the light turned white Benefit was that I have always seen if speakers where muted e.g. After the update this setting which was standard after plugging in the keyboard was gone. I have no red when I press the mute button, but it does not turn green again when using the noise wheel. So it can happen that the button is red though the speakers are not muted. How can I get back the default settings? Best Regards

Do you connect your Keyboard via USB multi hub or to its own USB port?
  • Try connect your keyboard to its own USB 3.0 port
  • Try plugging to a different port
  • Try plugging to a different pc
Once my chroma feature on BW Chroma was not working properly. After plugging to a different USB port, it worked better afterwards.

Yes, all done and no USB-Hub. Seems to be an issue with Synapse.

Hey, I had the same Problem after one of the latest synapse updates with my blackwidow v3 pro. The Volume-Knob was not getting red anymore if the sound was muted. Today I installed the newest synpse update and now the red volume knob color is working again like intended. So try the newest update
