Razer Raiju Tournament edition R1 issues

My problem is with my r1 button. When I'm using my controller my R1 randomly registers as if I pressed it twice when I only pressed it once. I've had this problem with 2 different controllers and I also tried resetting the controller but that doesn't help. I just recently purchased the controller a moth ago. Anybody have and recommendations?
