Unable to control lighting on chroma connect devices.

Hello, as of today's morning I am dealing with a weird situation. I used to control my MSI RTX 2070 and my Wraith Prism from the chroma studio. Today the lights on both are off. I decided to uninstall everything including razer synapse, msi dragon studio and amd wraith prism software. Re installed and nothing changhed. If I go to studio and add a new profile all devices work. But any change to the new profile eg change color to mouse pad cause the connect device leds to shut off. PLease help me

    my asrock and msi connect wont work in studio either. they show up but dont light up

    Same ... thay show up and won;t light up... this started today though. yesterday it was all good

    Having a similar issue with ASRock, The program has always kind of been buggy with Razer, but now the RGB wont even show up at all.

    The Hue is not Fixed i have 4 leds and only at 2 the setting is saved
