Razer Huntsman Mini

For some reason when i play csgo with my Razer Huntsman Mini i thought doing F1 for a timeout would just be simple and i would just have to click FN+1 but that wasnt the case, it didnt do anything. Another problem i found was that i couldnt Shift+Delete thing from folders, i also thought that i could just to Shift+FN+Backspace but that doesnt work. If you know how to fix this please help me as this is kinda annoying. Thanks for reading!
