Razor blade 17" pro 2019 - no sound

Hi, No sound coming out of my laptop. have done as much uninstalling and re-installing as humanly possible. the only devices i was able to connect to when i wen through the control panel were - HDMI sound outputs, nothing available for playback through laptop. Now have an actual speaker symbol after downloading the THX Spatial add on but still no sound. Any help before i send it back would be appreciated. Harry

    Same laptop, same problem. Just died in the middle of usage. Sound cut out and noting seems to get it back.
