Synapse 3 macro not recording while in-game

Hi, My macro isn't recording while I am in-game. It worked half an hour ago, but now I went back creating a new macro, but now it won't record in-game. I tried restarting the program / my PC / the game, nothing worked, i also tried changing the game on windowed mode but still won't work. Does anybody know why this doesn't work anymore?
