synapse 3 failed to start

this it really useless i dont know why i must found problem about this Programm and talk this useless programm never work i tried all solutions about reinstallation and defender also everything never work if its not solved i will just refund 100 euro its not deserve about this company dont make guide line just make good programm look that youtube or other website why consumers find solution and share that that is why u cant win to Logitech
