Razer Synapse 2

I was to look at the cool stats of clicks and heatmaps etc on Razer Synapse, it keeps telling me to update to razer synapse 2 even though im already on razer synapse 2. I downloaded 3 to see if it would work. And it told me i needed 2 for my devices . Now im in a loop of trying to get it to work it saying i need 2 when i already have 2 already uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. :)))
