valorant hardware id ban due to razer cortex

i would like to tell you that your software is not working quite well . i always use razer cortex before starting my game because my pc is not much of a gaming pc thats why i use gaming booster . but a few days earlier i got banned from valorant saying i was using cheats and hacking mean while i was just using your software i non the care less about my valorant account because i just start playing and there is not much in my account but later after i made a new id they put a hardware id ban on my pc saying again that i was using cheats and hacking tools. later i searched on google, read articles and i found out that there are many such as me who were using your software while gaming and get thier account ban. so i would like you to do something , because in my free tiime i use to play this game with my friends and after hardware ban i am not bale to do so and i cannot affort any new pc to continue my gaming again, so plz kindly help me in this situation ..
