Razer Blade 15 Stops Charging While Gaming

I have the 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model and I have been using it for about a year and a half now with no issues. Within the last week however, my laptop has had issues charging/performing under load. Under normal conditions internet use, watching videos, and other typical everyday uses the laptop performs as expected and it charges normally when not in use or in light use. When start to put it under heavy loads like playing games, it continuously cycles between "charging" and "not charging" every 5 seconds or so causing the screen/keyboard to change brightness and extreme frame rate drops. The only solution I have found is to turn game settings as low as possible so the computer doesn't have to work very hard. Any ideas/solutions?
