Chroma trouble with Basilisk ultimate mouse and dock

Hi all, i have a trouble with my Basilisk ultimate mouse and the dock with chroma color. When i boot my pc, all my razer devices 'mouse, dock and keyboard) works well with my chroma color profile (orange static). When i put my mouse on the dock, the chroma color disapeer after some minutes and the dock and the mouse show me the "charge color" (pule green for example). Then i have take the mouse (so i remove it from the dock), the mouse and the dock are staying with the "charge color" (green pulse) but don't switch to the chroma color profile (Orange static). I must unplug/plug the usb stick to get back the chroma profile on mouse and dock.

      Got the same issue since last year :frown_: tried a clean install of synapse as recommended but the issue still persists
