razer synapse 3 does not want to start

I have problem. When I try to install or uninstall razer synapse 3.0 does not want to start the program. It gets stuck on the loading page. I had it installed before and it worked, but suddenly it stop working. I do not know what to do anymore.

Hi! do u solve the problem? I got stuck on the account, I cant even stay in the login, I have been doing the verification in 2 steps process since the morning and still this shit doesnt let me use the synapse
