Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 advanced model insane flickering and black screen

Hi, I have been experiencing insane screen flickering with my laptop for 1 year now. I tried everything from updating bios to reinstalling windows. Currently at the screen also started go black while the laptop is still working. Is there any solution to this? You can see the screen flickering below Also I have to say, razer live support representatives should be vetted more because when I first told them of my problem they told me that they would solve my problem wherever I am and then did not contact me, but later when I contacted them again, they told me my laptops warranty was expired and what former agent promised was not true. I gotta say this was not a very good impression for someone dropping around $3k for a laptop.
