When I go to purchase the THX Spatial Audio it won't let me put in a Canadian Billing address

I'm trying to purchase the THX Spatial Audio since my trial is about to run out, but whenever I go to buy it and open up the billing address page it keeps converting back to US, even though I had Canada set for the websites prices and shipping. I can't really find any way to convert it back to Canadian, and my billing address won't work when it's set to US
