Scratch card damaged so can't activate 7.1 Surround Sound
Hi,
I recently bought a Blackshark V2 X headset so decided to install the 7.1 Surround Sound software on my PC, which needs to be activated with the activation code on the scratch card. Unfortunately scratching to reveal the code proved to be difficult, and the first few numbers/letters of the activation number were completely scratched off. Could my activation code be provided to me so I can activate the software?
The second half of my activation code is HBCD3-G3731.

coolMandarinresources900Same problem with my activation card.. some of the letter cannot show perfectly. now i cannot activate my 7.1 surround software for my headset. my 1st and 2nd code are H7CCC-DFR1K the rest of the code i cannot see much. thanks

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Please be aware that damaged or lost activation code is not part of Razer's limited warranty. Please send me a PM together with the photo showing the activation card together with the email address that is associated to your Razer ID and the device's serial number that starts with "SN". Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste in your PM.
