Razer Kraken not connecting to razer Synapse 3
I bought my razer Kraken 3 headset and I cannot connect it to the razer synapse 3, I have watched multiple youtube videos and none of them work I am trying to tweak my 7.1 surround sound but I don't have the headste connected to my razer synapse 3.

ClockWorkDragonHi there! Are you referring to this model? If that is right, Razer Synapse detects devices with USB connections only. You can utilize the headset's audio quality by downloading the 7.1 Surround Sound.
