kraken TE sound stuttering/glitching
quite commonly, when playing bfV or any other battlefield game, the sound just starts stuttering and i basically cant hear anything from that audio source, the chat controller works still fine then but the other sources dont. after 2-5 minutes it stops and the sound returns to normal.
I have already tried reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling synapse, disabling sound enhancement from windows and running the game in all compatiblity modes and administrator.
this problem doesnt occur when the thx audio controller is plugged in.

mjokkie999Hello there! Thanks for making this thread. Have you tried using the headset on a different computer and see if the issue persists? Also, does the issue happen when using the headset without its USB audio controller and by connecting it into your computer's 3.5mm port?
