a huge amount of people myself included have had this huge bug with that game running same time as any razer products!!. whenever we entera keyboard press the game freezes the screen while continuing to run. so we cant see anything until we leave. disbale ALL razer software. then start the game agian to fix the issue. so any help would be appreciated.

Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. Synapse 3.0 logs. e. A video showing the issue while the Razer Synapse is running and after disabling the app. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
