Why? Simply cause your system will crash on random idle moments, is it razer? Yes. Cause disabling the mice and software and your crash free. Using the Basilisk Ultimate and Razer Naga pro with 2 charging docks never been such a disappointment...500 euro in mice hardware and you just want to cry... What else is wrong you wonder? You can't change the color of the mouse (Either Basilisk Ultimate or Naga pro) while on the charging dock! It is only green and while charging it is breathing red, orange, yellow. Bye bye full blue Razer setup.... Confirmed by Razer! While having 2 charging docks (Basilisk Ultimate and Naga pro with a extra 2nd charging dock) the 2nd charging dock (sold separately) won't be found by the Razer software..and shows the standard rotating color scheme. Also while charging a mouse on dock 2 it sometimes shows the charging colors on dock 1. To clarify, Synapse does not recognize a 2nd charging dock at all (This has been posted before on this Razer forum and it is because of the same ID's for the hardware). Confirmed by Razer!!! Payed 500 euros on 2 x mouse and docks and it honestly looks horrible with the rest of the RAZER setup (blue colored), now i get forced green, yellow, orange colors on both mouse + 1st dock and rainbow colors on the 2nd dock. Also the 2nd dock just sometimes does not show any color unless i unplug and plug in the usb again. This together with system crashes due to software errors due to 2 connected mice just makes you wonder why would I throw more money at Razer in the future? So what did I do to help solve this? I posted on the Razer Reddit before and supplied my serial numbers (I guess that's the only thing they ask for or communicate) after that I have just been told to make a suggestion in the Razer software. I made 3 suggestions... and also reported to the bug reporting program...NEVER ANY RESPONSE OR FIX AFTER.... A very disappointed customer who hopes you can fix this.. I would happily help you on whatever info you need.

Synapse 3 isn't perfect, but we're constantly working on improving the user experience. I can help you try to isolate the causes of the crashes, but everything else has already been discussed in the forums before.

To clarify, Synapse does not recognize a 2nd charging dock at all (This has been posted before on this Razer forum and it is because of the same ID's for the hardware).
This applies to everything else. The app is currently unable to control two of the same devices. It doesn't matter if it is pair of mice, keyboards, or monitors. A software limitation of this magnitude isn't something that can easily be fixed, especially if it is baked into the infrastructure. Send me the ticket numbers.
