Creative X-fi titanium & Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2 sound is weak

Hi guys I am using my tiamat 7.1 with x-fi titanium sound card. On the creative console i have set it up as 7.1 and choosen the fromd and rearsl speakers as small on the windows configuration speakers panel. But the sound is not powerful. I can feel the bass or the other speakers but the sound is somehow is norlt clear. It feels like something is blocking the sound. It is not strong . I thought i could it it working with creative xfi titanium but it performs like the onboard sound card. What can be the issue?
