Synapse 3 dont detect my Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed

so the title tells all what you need, i start synapse 3 and it dont detect my mouse i just tried uninstall and reinstall but it still dont detect my mouse. can anyone help me ?

    How does the mouse appear in the Device Manager? The app won't be able to detect it if it shows up as an HID device. I also highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and drivers by following this guide.
