Synapse 3 Calibration back to default after a few minutes and after every restart

Hi, I'm having a problem with the preset calibration. After a few minutes it turn back to default (no calibration), and I need to manually adjust every time. It happens every time i restart the PC as well. Can You help me please. I have a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed and a Razer Goliathus mobile pad. How can I fix this issue?
