issues with advanced optimus in nvidia settins?

I can not find the nvidia optimus settings. i was reading that if you have snyap that it does not work because of the conflict between that and nvidia settings. I also can not find the g-sync settings. Its like basic settings. What can i do to get the g-sync and the optimus settings working? I have the advanced 15 3080 16 gig.

    also the system heats up really high i was getting temps at 100 c playing cyber punk and any other game i tried it heated up really hot. is there a way i can fix that too?

Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 2 tab and look for the Nvidia version on the right side.) e. Synapse 3.0 logs. f. Screenshot of the BIOS main tab.
