Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 No sound on speakers

Hi, I have been having an issue lately with my laptop. It seems that there's no sound coming from my speakers and I can only hear a crackling noise from the right speaker. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling, but it just defaults to the microsoft one, and now I don't know if that is the correct driver or not. I have been trying to find all drivers for this machine on the official razer website, but I can't find any. Is there a way to get the official drivers?

Hi, You can take a look at this troubleshooting guide: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1976 Id recommend a factory reset by restarting the unit and hitting F9 if the issue persist I recommend reaching out to support chat and making a RMA ticket.
