razer firefly V2 bug

I've had the razer firefly V2 for about 4 to 5 months and I have had no issues with it but when I updated it on the top of the lights its showing colors it not supposed to show like when it's on yellow on the top it's green I don't know if there's something wrong with it or if it's razer synapse I plugged it into a MacBook Pro and it defaults to spectrum cycling and the problem is gone it is an old MacBook from 2012 and I can't get razer synapse 3 on it so should I contact razer

Hi there! Thanks for generating this thread. Have you tried connecting the device to another USB or disabled/closed Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if the issue persists? Please be aware that the mat's settings can only be configured via Razer Synapse 3.0. I'll wait for your follow-up.
