i had in issue while updating synapse so i removed it and installed it again but now i get installation failed error code 2

Please check if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Also, ensure to follow the clean reinstall procedure from this link to ensure that there are no remnants of Synapse 3.0 files in your computer and see if it helps.
