I bought a new kraken x headset and we a put the activation code it said is invalid when I just bought it and scratch the code.

    The activation code may have been decomissioned. Please send me the serial number of the headset, a screenshot of the error message, and a photo of the scratched card. I can submit a code generation request on your behalf using those. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
