Razer Chroma Core X won't power laptop?

I have recently installed a Core X, it's recognised, eGPU picked up and working, all accessories and screens plugged into card and USB ports detected and work perfectly. However, it won't power the laptop (Razer Blade Pro 2019).

Is there another setting required to allow it to power the laptop?
