Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Keyboard not detected by Synapse 2.0

Hello,

Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 Keyboard not detected by Synapse 2.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 2.0 several times. I Have also removed the keyboard several times from the computer. Please help.

I had the same issue, I had to uninstall everything related to razer on my computer including all the keyboard and mouse drivers and restart my computer. I eventually got it to work but when I restarted my computer it went back to either not being detected or not having any control over the lights 😞. That's the only fix I managed to figure out but it was only temporary and I'm still looking for a permanent one.

Hi there! Is it still being recognized by your PC? Also, have you tried repairing Synapse instead?

I attempted to repair razer synapse 2 and nothing happened as a result. The current wave effect functions, disabling and engaging game mode functions totally normally. The only issue seems to be changing lighting profiles manually or in games such as overwatch with the unique hero lighting. (Overwatch lighting which worked before restarting the computer and ceased function again)
