How do I recover my Razer ID account ?

I can still access to my Username and password but can no longer change the password, the linked phone number nor the recovery email account because My old phone is broken so I want to change my old phone number which is currently linked in my razer ID with my new phone number . My 2 step authenticator app is also on the old phone so i cant access it to change the phone number . Can any Razer support help me revert all my account to default ?
