Razer Blackshark V2 X Mic. Quality terrible

Hello, I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X. And the Mic just has such terrbile quality. In discord sound test i just heared stuttering and on Windows test the Mic audio was barely audible. The Sensitivity is extremely high as well. I tried everything on the Normal Windows menus, like Troubleshooting and Controlpanel but it wont work. Is my Device broken, did i setup something wrong or ist this Intentional? Thanks for any replies 4
