I bought a kit from Costco that has a keyboard mouse and a headset I have an interesting predicament the giant mouse pad is laid over a bumpy surface that is very soft can't move it anywhere else but and the mouse seems to disappear on the screen till you move it back and forth real fast the bumpy surface part of a rocket simulator with movements , that we're working on any suggestions what I can do on the settings Hoping you can look up the mouse and keyboard from my profile Another question is I lost my 7.1 activation code is there a way to get one or buy one back

    What device model are you referring to? Have you replicated the issue by laying the mouse mat over a flat surface?
