HELP: Razer Ripsaw Game Capture Card (v1)

Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help me. I tried sending an inquiry about this via email and to no avail. Did not receive any responses. So here's the thing. I have been using my Razer Ripsaw (v1 not the HD one) and ever since the latest windows update, I can't use it as normal. The sounds from my consoles, PS4 and Switch, are distorted. I have disabled every audio peripherals and event tried using OBS and Streamlabs OBS and still having the same issue. Is there someone here that can help me? Thank you so much

    /fixed-stuttering-audio-with-razer-ripsaw-rz20-0178-not-ripsaw-hd.75817/#post-759289 If you haven't tried it already, download THX Spatial Audio and set it as your desktop audio seems to fix the audio problems.
