Razer Hunstman Elite makers a very loud, noticeable ping noise on only a few keys.

I recently bought this keyboard and am extremely frustrated with this incessant ping coming from only a few of the keys. The noise seems to come directly from the switch itself, from what I imagine is a spring. It is not the board. Sometimes seems to depend on how exactly I press the keys. Is this normal?
