Kraken for consoles

I bought a kraken for consoles today hoping it would work on my laptop. The problem is: 1- My pc does not detect the device 2- I don't have an input and output port on my pc, only a jack plug (with a headphone/microphone drawing next to it) 3- When I plug in my headphones, the sound works but not the microphone. Thank you for your help (sorry for bad english)

      Are you using a headset splitter? This headset will not show up in Razer Synapse since this is an analog type that uses a 3.5mm connection. Please follow the steps on how to troubleshoot mic concerns from this link and see if it helps. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
