I got the Kraken X V3 and after registering my product I didnt get an activation code for 7.1 Surround sound. Is there a way to get a Code or am I just not aloud to use the program that my headphones support?

    Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID together with your device's serial number that starts with "SN' via PM so I can check its its status. Let's continue from there.
