Razer Kiyo Pro Firmware
Hi recently purchased a Razor Kiyo Pro. In synapse 3.0, it's telling me that there is a firmware update. I downloaded the file and ran it. The first step tells me to connect my Kiyo, but it's already connected. The button to continue the update does not light up and I can not finish the firmware update.
How do I get the firmware update to work?
There is a message in the updater directing me: "To proceed with the update, please contact Razer Support."
The link asks me to unplug and re-plug in the device and make sure Synapse 3 is close. Neither of those suggestions allowed me to run the firmware update.
