Hello, Back in May of 2020 I contact Razer Support in regards to my Razer Ripsaw HD freezing during streams and not always working as it should following the Resolution Updated Popup I receive when it is active. I have tried the custom and default settings for the device and both times the device will freeze and now longer work. Does anyone have any solutions to fix this issue as I have had nothing but problems with this device. Also when I originally contacted support I was told to update the firmware which I did but still to no avail.
