Since I didn't see the razer nari (regular) dongle on the razercare store site, I decided to buy the razer nari ultimate dongle instead. I should've known they wouldn't pair together using the software, but its there any way that I can pair them at all so I don't have to return it.

    Alright, to be more specific, Im try to pair a Nari Ultimate USB to a regular Razer Nari, is there any way possible to make this happen?

    alright, since nobody has responded im just going to assume that I have to return it and wait for them to restock on razer nari dongles

    Same here. Their support chat just told me that the two available dongles will not work for our headset. They directed me to an authorized retail/repair store, Gamestop in my case. I'm 99.9% sure that GME is not going to be any help either.
