Razer Synapse 3 and Blackwidow Chroma v2

When synapse is running, my keyboard does not work properly, Caps Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock not working, Functions Keys are not working (like volume control, gaming mode, and media control) Macro assigned to keyboards are not working however, if I disable synapse from pc start up, my keyboard works perfectly except for features that require synapse. If synapse starts to run after pc startup, problem will happens and i can't even exit synapse. any suggestions?

    Have you tried logging in using the Guest Login feature or use a newly registered Razer ID? Those are the easiest way to check if this has something to do with your cloud saved profiles. Do send me your results via PM so I can help you further isolate the problem. *Thread locked,
