i need help with the 7.1 surround sound softwhere

hi i need help i had to reset my pc and had to reinstall everything and now my sound softwhere wont load my activation code i got to activate the softwhere dont work im lost i have the paper in hand with my code on it idk what to do keep telling me licence code has already been used pls get back to me

    Can you launch the 7.1 software but you can't just activate the code that you have? If yes, please send me the email address that you've used during your Razer ID registration via PM so I can check any existing activation code in your account. Also, send me the serial number of your device so I can verify its registration status.
