New Kraken Ultimate Sound Muffled

I've tried messing around with EQ settings, reinstalling drivers, at this point I'm thinking of returning my headphones since it's become annoying, the synapse itself doesn't even keep the settings I don't turn my computer off and it'll reset all my settings on my headphones and keyboard, especially annoying when it resets all my audio levels to 100% for every app. Literally, all I've been having is issues ever since I started using the new synapse and new headphones, and it feels like I'm the only one with these issues. Like I'm listening to music right now and it sounds terrible, the voice fades away when the bass comes in, and when there is no bass it shoots up crazy and sounds normal, each time I turn on THX Spatial it resets synapse and puts everything into stereo sound, then it resets my mic volume each time I control the volume of the applications that are open, let's say I lower google to 20% volume, there goes my mic volume down to 20% and nobody can hear me anymore and I'm stuck talking to myself before I realize what happened. I'm even more confused when I go to manage my devices and see 3X THX Spatial - Synapse and my headphones, which makes no sense to me, why are there 4 audio sources, and only 2 of them work or produce sound to my headphones yet when I turn them off or disable them they disable the headphones completely. There's a massive flaw with these headphones I had my hopes up for something new great and good but it's only been a bad experience with them since. Oh and don't get me started about the switch-off lighting, that never worked for me I turn my displays off, and yet everything still stays lit up, the only time it ever worked was when my mouse is wireless other than that wired in it never turns off. I really want to find a fix for my headphones and all these bugs that I've been encountering while using Razer products, I've been using Razer products for 8 years now and it feels like the programs and stuff you guys put out is getting worse or harder to operate, I'd expect the headphones to work fine from the store, install some drivers mix the EQ but no it's like the bass is just stuck and in a bad way. Back to me messing with my audio devices, I toggle 3/4 speakers and it sounds like there's no bass at all, then I toggle it and it brings the bass back but it sounds terrible, then I switch it to the headphones and it sounds like I need to install drivers but I have the drivers installed and showing me 4 different speaker sources, then I got an Internal AUX Jack for some reason when I enable that it disables everything else and there's no sound at all.
