Tiamat V2 Chroma Activation Code Not Found

hi i need some help i bought the headset a year ago through a chinese website but decided to only use it now. brand new out the box and definitely original. i discovered i need an activation code after setting it up and downloaded the necessary apps but in the end ive met this activation code barrier before i can use it. please anyone let me know what to do next im quite fed up after over an hour endlessly searching for solutions

    Are you referring to the Surround Sound Pro or the 7.1 Surround Sound codes? Have you checked the box if there is an activation code inside? Please PM me the email address that you've used during your Razer ID registration to let me check if there's an allocated code in your account. Also, please include the serial number of your device that starts with "SN". Let's continue from there.
