Account Phone Number Change Issue

Hello all! I had changed my phone number a while back and my account is currently locked under the old phone number. I am trying to change it but it keeps sending verification codes to my old phone number. I'm not sure how to change it since it won't let me. Does anyone have any solutions?

    You can change the phone number from here if you have access to the backup codes. Otherwise, we will have to submit an account recovery request.
