razer cortex "digital vibrance" not working

the "make adjustments" button is working along with brightness and contrast. but hue and digital vibrance is not working.

    Hey there! Thank you very much for sharing your concern with us here. You could not set up hue and digital vibrance feature in MAKE ADJUSTMENT because your display card and video driver are not supported on Razer Cortex. We will improve this feature in the future.       i just upgraded my computer and before on the lower end computer it would run fine. that's strange
