Razer Synapse Issues Loading Consistently after Windows 10 Update
UPDATE:
Don't bother answering this post, haven't heard a peep from anyone in over 3 hours, the Razer Support form keeps saying "network error" (that's on their end not mine), their chat system is completely useless with auto-bot responses that aren't helpful (I honestly don't believe any real people are working at Razer anymore, with the exception of their graphics & web departments who seem to be extremely busy updating and emailing me constantly!) LUL
But... Razer just officially lost me as a customer. I found a sub-reddit where everyone is mad (like I am) - that Razer has (and will not be) including any additional legacy products to their Synapse 3.0 software - so either way I have to purchase new equipment to stop freezing and crashing due to lack of being able to make updates!
Logitech is the way to go! I have an AWESOME G502 HERO mouse with a Logitech G815 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Linear keys) coming my way in 3 days!
Thank you to my "friend" for steering me in the RIGHT Logitech direction!. ;-)
Bye, Bye Razer!

Hi All,
I apparently have a legacy keyboard & mouse that don't seem to be getting love anymore from Razer. Mamba Tournament RZ01-0137 and a Black Widow Stealth keyboard RZ03-0122.
Razer Synapse had a bunch of issues loading today (froze up my screen - which it does constantly), and has trouble loading the keyboard macros. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but eventually it will freeze up my PC (running updated Windows 10).
All drivers are up to date, including the Razer Synapse software version 2.21
I saw there was a version 3 available, but when trying to download my PC froze. And I'm not even sure if that's a good thing to use with these legacy products.
Also, NVIDIA driver is up-to-date. :)
Any advice (other than buy something else)? LOL
Thanks everyone!
