Not receiving Surround sound 7.1 Code after registration
I just received my Kraken Ultimate headphones but they did not come with the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound/THX Spatial Audio feature in them. As the instructions said, I registered my device under my Razer ID but did not get an activation code. Help, please!

Please send me the serial number of the headset and the email address you used to register the device, along with a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf if there isn't a code linked to the account yet. For now, check your spam, junk, and promotions folder.
